Swiggy — Order not delivered and refund also not given

I have this attachment for your ready reference. While I have given the address clearly besides paid for the order, yet same is been cancelled fby swiggy as they could not find delivery partner to deliver the item at specified address even if they have location issues, besides also didn't refund the amount when order is cancelled from their end, is it not a case of harrasment and cheating?... I hope to get resolution
