Swiggy — order not delivered

I ordered a combo of 2 burger french fries and coke on swiggy bt i did not received burger... On asking delivery boy he said he was nt provided with it... But d payment is fully done... Dis is very annoying... And dat too customer care is nt answering d call... Qhat kind of behaviour is dis... Plz look after it or i have to take some action against it...
