Swiggy — Order not received and no proper response from them | |
I have placed order in swiggy on 5th nov'20 at 12am. By mistake I have selected my brother location but it is hardly 500 meters from my location. Executive called me so I told him what happened he said ok come and collect the order. Immediately I have tried calling him to know where exactly he was, but started disconnecting my call and after 5 min, he cancelled the order. When I have tried reaching customer care they said will check and take necessary action in 48 hours. After that several times I wrote mail to them and their response was pathetic. And the expected call back was not made so far. They don't even have regret for what was happened. Instead of taking action against him they simply supported him. I had faced issue for consecutive 3 orders, still they don't bother to correct their mistakes. Was this information helpful? | |
