Swiggy — Order not received while it should delivered

On 28th March 2023, I ordered from McDonald's through Swiggy. For more than half and hour I waited for it to deliver it to my place. I called the delivery partner to ask him when I will recieve the order but as soon as I called him, he updated the status to delivered even though we didn't receive it.
I complained in Swiggy multiple times but they kept telling that the delivery partner is not picking the call and they were unable to refund my money back.
The executive was also very rude and talking rudely and continuously saying that we are lying.
We mailed to swiggy but again they said that they are sorry and hope we don't face such inconvenience again.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!
