I ordered from Swiggy. It showed order will be delivered in half an hour. But it came in one and half hour. That is delayed by 1 hour. When I contacted support on swiggy, only bots were chatting. The food was cold and soggy. This happened earlier also. But there's no action from Swiggy. We don't pay for cold and soggy food. There's no value for customers time. Highly unprofessional
