Swiggy — order placed but no delivery | |||
I have placed on order on april 12th 2019 with swiggy but i never received the food order. It always shows in app as "order placed. We are waiting for the restaurant to respond". I had contacted swiggy nearly 10 times. They had asked me to contact the bank and i had also approached the bank where that had mentioned it is the problem with vendor (Swiggy). I had also complained with my payment gateway and they have mentioned it is not a problem from their end and told me to contact the vendor. Swiggy support had informed refund is processed 5 - 6 times which never came back to my account. So, i had also raised a banking obdusman which the bank had clearly informed me the problem is with the vendor swiggy. Swiggy still tells they have processed the refund or it is problem with the bank. The issue is not yet solved and still the order tells in my app as "order received. We are waiting for the restaurant to confirm the order." Was this information helpful? | |||
