[Resolved]  Swiggy — order related complaint

I was the new customer and downloaded swiggy app today. I ordered for main course and after order realised about breads, asked online chatting executive to add breads for which I'll pay directly. But he said no modification can be made and I was forced to cancel my order and my 50 percent payment was deducted. This was my 1st and last experience with twiggy. Now I have removed swiggy app from my mobile. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Hello Kamlesh, cancellation of any orders post confirmation of the same is subjected to a cancellation charge as we pass the same to our restaurant partners to make up for the loss of prepared food.
