Swiggy — order was not received | |||||
I ordered food on 30th december order id :[protected] and this was a prepaid order and delivery boy showed delivered without even contacting me. Have been chasing but no luck later i had to order again and pay again for the same order which i had already paid. Such a bad experience with swiggy i suggest all of you not to do prepay with them ever. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Order no:[protected]. Ordered 3 ice creames for Rs. 479, but all three ice creames were smaller than a scoop and melted. Spoke to Swiggy customer care but they said that they can only refund 150, where as we wanted to return the ice cream.
