Swiggy — ordered a product and not delivered even after 2 hour 30 minutes | |||||
Very worst situation faced with swiggy and i hope this will be last order with swiggy and in future again i won't make a mistake to order in swiggy. Ordered a bulk order as i have few guests in my home. Initially after 45 minutes of my order i chat with customer care executive and i told that delivery representative is not going towards hotel. She told he is going, refresh ur app and some rude character. I waited again for another 1 hr. Even after 2 hrs, delivery representative is not moving towards the hotel and no calls or update from swiggy. I am waiting till that the order will be delivered now.in between couple of times i called delivery boy also. He told on the way, on the way sir. He also cheated me. After 2 hrs again i pinged customer care and they told can't deliver the order can we go for cancellation. Very pathetic and impolite situation. Now cancelled the order and to get the refund of money i have to wait to for another 9 days. What a pitty. It's 10 pm now and where should i get food. All restaurants are closed and my guests are in home. Iam a frequent customer with swiggy and pitty on them behaving to customers. I will move legally for this ashamed character and will post with necessary screenshot in all the social networking websites. Swiggy is going to regret for this.
