Swiggy — orders timeline not followed up with restaurant and time displayed is in app is incorrect

I have ordered lunch in buhari hotel using swiggy app. App say while booking the eta is 19 mins. Even after one hour the food is not delivered & customer care is mentioning that the order will be delivered in another 15 mins

If i need i can gohead & canel the order.
Irresponsible and blaming restaurant. When it goes beyond eta what swiggy does?
