Requested Action:
I am seeking a full refund for the incorrect order, along with an explanation for the delay and the inconsistent responses from Swiggy's support team.
The lack of accountability and responsiveness from Swiggy's support team has left me deeply dissatisfied and disappointed.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly with Swiggy, the matter remains unresolved.
I kindly request the Consumer Forum to intervene and investigate this matter thoroughly. The lack of accountability and resolution from Swiggy not only violates basic consumer rights but also reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.
