Swiggy — pathetic delivery experience | |||
We ordered 19 boxes of biryani from behrouz for our christmas party in office at 12:00pm. The order was ready by 12:20pm as confirmed by the restaurant but the swiggy rider was unable to carry them as it was a big packet. Issue was raised to swiggy at 12:30pm, and for the next 2 hour, they just kept on changing the rider, without understanding the issue. After the 4th allocated rider denied the order quoting the same issue, i talked to him directly and requested him to take a three wheeler and deliver the order. He agreed and i paid him additional rs 200 in cash and finally we got our food at 3pm. The same, which was packed at 12:20pm. Needless to say, the taste was ruined, and so was our party. During this period, i interacted with 4-5 ppl from swiggy, on call as well as chat, and all were a bunch o[censored]seless ppl with scripted answers. When asked to connect with some senior, the response was that there was no senior on the floor. Great services swiggy! Keep doing the same and you would be doomed sooner than you would know.
