There were duplicate orders on 6th September 2020 from my account. Order id:

I received only one order. I have been chasing this order with the support team on a mobile app. They mention that they are not able to refund the amount and I need to check that with the Bank.
after multiple follow-ups they said I should contact support mail-id. I sent all the details to their support mail id on 6th Dec 2020. Initially they acknowledge the mistake. There was no response after that. After multiple follow-ups they mentioned that they cannot do it.

I received only one order amounting Rs '1421'. I have been chasing this order with the support team on a mobile app. They mention that they are not able to refund the amount and I need to check that with the Bank.
after multiple follow-ups they said I should contact support mail-id '[protected]@swiggy.in'. I sent all the details to their support mail id on 6th Dec 2020. Initially they acknowledge the mistake. There was no response after that. After multiple follow-ups they mentioned that they cannot do it. It was an error in their application that costed my money. Hence I'm eligible for the refund.
