I have been asking the support team to delete my account from the databases since 7th May, 2023.
They have been dodging the request by saying it will take some time, at first I was okay when they said it's company policy and will be deleted within 5 working days. But now they are not responding properly and not giving any updates on the same.
At first I was given this Service Request Number[protected], by the support team, which has no updates. Then I was given Swiggy Order ID[protected] by their Escalation Team. But it's the same.. No update. No calls from their side.
Just want my account to be deleted permanently. Was this information helpful? |
