[Resolved]  Swiggy — poor delivery- food

Swiggy picks up the order and then call customers to explain that the area is not covered under delivery area and ask for extra charges. Complaint is, if the delivery area does not cover my area of residence then why they pick uo the order and why they disturb customer calling multiple times asking for cancelling the order. This is between restuarnat and swiggy before picking up the order by checking if delivery area covers my residence area

Before picking up parcel Swiggy has to be sure that delivery area is under swiggy's permitted delivery area. If we get call for non delivery/extra charge after parcel is pickd up, it creates hassel. Thanks.
