Swiggy — poor service and bad quality of food | |||
I orderded something from swiggy today. It was basically a manchurian rice combo. What i received was rice and instead of gravy it was all water. And when i asked customer care service to refund me full or half for it, they said they can just give a token of Rs.50. I paid for the delivery and also for the whole food and for the whole day i just ate that water type thing and also the quality was so bad it was all salty and stinky too. This is the bad service i have got from the swiggy. Even it is not mentioned in there terms and condition that in what case they will refund the amount.
