Swiggy — promotional services activated without customer consent and charges for the same. | |
Hi, I am restaurant partner at swiggy. Recently i had availed this service and wanted my customers to reach me for delivery orders. It started a little slow and all of a sudden there was a rise in orders. I was wondering how did this happen. Swiggy normally pays restaurant in the following week of mon to sun. So as usual i always cross checked my payments received from them. Now i see that since the day my orders increased, i can see various promotional schemes activated and charged heavily in my settlements. This happened for 7 weeks and i had raised tickets for all. It’s been months now and there is no resolution. There is not proper response neither there is anyone taking responsibility to help me. All these promotions were activated without my consent and that means they have breached compliance of their own company. Secondly they have cheated the customer and they are not ready to help.
