Swiggy — Received an entirely different and wrong order and haven't been refunded for 2 months

I'd placed a grocery order from Swiggy in December 2020. The products I received were entirely wrong and I immediately took it up with Swiggy Support via my app. Despite showing bill receipts and proof of the items I received - they were not ready to initiate refund and asked me to send over an email. After sending over the same information over email, I got one response saying they will assist me with anything and since then have stopped responding to me. It is now January 2021 and I still haven't received a refund that is a big amount for me.
