Swiggy — Received Half Qty against ordered full Qty

On 01/04/2023 I ordered food from Swiggy. Total 05 items were ordered and out of which 02 items delivered only half qty. Two items (Veg Noodles and Veg Tandoori Momos) ordered with full quantity but received only half qty. The Charges for Veg Tandoori Momos is Rs.89 for full and Rs. 55 for half and similarly Price for Veg Noodles is Rs. 130 for full and Rs. 70 for half. I immediately raised the concern to swiggy on their app and also through emails for refund of requested amount. Swiggy replied that they cannot process the refund.
