I’ve ordered Hakka noodles from one of the highest rated restaurant from swiggy. Swiggy delivered my order within the expected time but I’ve received the food that is smelling stale.
It was looking completely uncooked and smelling like it was made from the perished vegetables.
After that I contacted swiggy from support option within app and got connected with executive Mohit. The executive offered me refund of Rs. 49 for an order value of Rs. 250. On which swiggy has already charged 32 rs delivery fee.
At the time of posting this complaint I’m still on call with that executive and he has already put my call on hold from last 15-20 mins already.
I’asking swiggy to get me the replacement order from another restaurant but as per executive it was his out of scope. Its 12:30 in midnight. I hope Ill get the response from swiggy.
