Swiggy — refund for food not done. | |||
I ordered some food from swiggy. Gave specific instructions to cook the food without spices. The food quality was bad and it was full of spices. Food was for my friend who was ill. I contacted swiggy and checked with them and they said they will replace the order. I never got any replacement. I contacted swiggy again for multiple times and they said they have refunded the order and it will be credited in 2-4 business days. It's been around more than 20+ days now and there's no money credited to my account. Upon contacting swiggy again, they said the order was replaced. It's not about money, 140 is a very small amount. But i cannot tolerate this. I have all my chats recorded. I can share screenshots if required. Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||
