Swiggy — refund my loss -paid total delivery charges of 2 ordered but received only single order

but we received only one parcel of aloo tikka 2 burgers, when we called that VJ Cafe then they told us we packed your both orders and gave it to that person. We have screenshot of SWIGGY Order. Our Order no- Order #[protected] 06:30 PM 2 Items197rs, what about the money that we paid for the cheese mayo fries?? It's a FRAUD by your Employees.
