Swiggy — refund not being done since the last three weeks

Swiggy has been behaving very unprofessionally and in a bad way. Since the last few weeks i have had the following failed orders which their own customer care service guys have accepted and they have just been showing lolly pops that they will refund the amount in 5-7 working days. Till date not done and now after one month, easily the customer care representative states that they do not have the details of these orders in their systems and hence finding it difficult to initiate the refund. I have an impression there are more easier and braver ways of looting people. The order numbers are (Though i do not expect anything positive even after this complaint) [protected] (Rs 250), [protected] (Rs 250), [protected] (Rs 102), [protected] (Rs 126) and [protected] (Rs 365) and strange is that they themselves have acknowledged /accepted that this amount has to be credited and till date nothing has been done inspite of a lapse of three weeks.
