Order No:[protected] placed on 22 July 2023 in which I ordered 2 items but below mentioned item was missing:
Peri Peri chicken strips - 6 Pc
I immediately complained on app support wherein customer executive apologised and offered a coupon of Rs.72 only.
Since ordered item was of Rs299+taxes offering of Rs.72 was inappropriate and I raised my objection and flagged the response as not satisfactory.
I am writing daily mails on [protected]@swiggy.in but they are not replying
They are giving vague reason of account not validated. How come you deliver and accept payment if account was not validated. They even called on my registered mobile no but still they only have one line in email that "No Compensation Will be provided as account not validated" Was this information helpful? |
