[Resolved] Swiggy — Refund not received but app telling me that the process is complete
On 1st April 2021 i had cancelled an order cause the delivery boy had not been able to deliver for whatever reason and i was suppose to get the full refund as they said. In refund status its showing me that the refund process is complete but when i checked my bank account i havent got the money back in reality. I asked customer support and they told me to wait for 7 working days but i am not satisfied with this considering they said i was suppose to be refunded on the same day of cancellation. Please i want the refund. I hope swiggy stays honest. The details about my order is given in the picture
