Swiggy — Refund not received for the defective items

I've ordered groceries from their instamart and receieved a very poor quality item which is getting a bad smell and it is completely defective even.
Swiggy is not taking back their product or they are atleast not ready to refund back my money .As a consumer right, i atleast need to get back my money for the worst items i recieved.
