Swiggy — refund not received since one month | |||
I have made an online payment on swiggy for ordering a food but for some reason the restaurant was unable to provide the food so swiggy cancelled my order and said they have initiated refund of Rs. 375 for the same and again I made another order from swiggy for Rs. 274 and they provided spilled food. they have again apologized and initiated a refund but both refund has not yet received. whenever I try to speak them they just put all the blame on bank and say you enquire with them once again. it has been more than one month but yet no satisfactory response has been received from their end. many times I have requested to verify at their end whether transaction was successful or not but they smartly send same template kind of message we have initiated refund please contact bank. as they do not receive order on basis of transaction initiation then how can they just pull up their hand by putting all the blame on other end. this is just unacceptable. firstly they accept order and after 45 mins they cancel it and do not pay any compensation for the same as they do with the customer when they cancel the order in form of penalty. thereafter they do not give any refund for the same. this is just cheating their customer. I made both the orders on 23rd November and refund are initiated on the same day and after more than a month I am just receiving excuses. please help me for quicker and justified resolution.
