Swiggy — refund of my amount which twice debited from my account

I had place order for food on 3rd august 2018 for rs 1753. It was debited from bank account twice.
Order was place on kabab and curry jaipur thru swiggy. They delivered the food for rs.1753.00 but rest of rs. 1753 has not yet credited back into my bank account.
I had contacted with my bank and bank is asking of confirmation from swiggy.

I have ordered the food at 7pm and it is not still delivered. I had taken more than 2 hrs.

And I tried to call customer care but they are unreachable.

And there is no response from customer service also.

It's a very poor service.

I have ordered from swiggy and food is stale and smelly i asked them to replace it but they are denying my money is totally waste.
They advertise and say they replace the order but it's not happening here.
I order food and it was bad and they are saying they won't do anything.
