I have placed an order worth rs 543/-, money got debited from my account order did not get placed. The very same day when complain was raised they agreed to the failed transaction and told refund will be done within a week. This didnot happen. After few days when i asked for the status they denied the transaction to occur and told n no. Of ways to escalate it. Even after dropping mail to them which was suppose to get answered within 24 hours, i didnt receive any response.
It's a fact when a company starts making money generally quality of service rises here it's just been the reverse. I am dissapointed for using this app and contributing to it's growth.
