[Resolved] Swiggy — refund status for two orders | |||
On december 12, i ordered food from swiggy and in some minutes it showed that items are not available in that restaurant by which they cancelled my order and notified me that refund initiated and will be credited in 4-5 days. Second order got cancelled from swiggy on 13 december, in which delivery boy was not reachable till 1 hour by which they canclled my order and same as earlier order they notified me amount refund initiated it will be credited in your source account in 4-5 days. It has been 6 days for both of my orders and i haven't got any of my refunded amount. Please help. Both orders id mentioned below. [protected] [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
