Swiggy — Regarding my refund

I ordered through swiggy app in kfc restaurant on sept 17 at 18:10pm. I made payment via google pay of rupees 701. The order got cancelled by the app due to unavailability of delivery partner. When asked for refund to customer care it simply stated that refund isn’t initiated. Kindly look into this issue quickly as it has happened many times in the past
