Swiggy — regarding payment | |||
I payed for the order through swiggy on 1st october 2019 and the amount got deducted from my bank account but the order didnt got confirmed and i ordered again and paid on delivery please go through the issue and fix it soon I m also attaching the receipt of my payment for the proof Hope u will solve the issue on time. Now just ordered food order id [protected].i booked in thalassery restaurant in kamna bahali 2 appan and two chicken dum nitiyan.just I got and I paid 423 for that.i open the cover I found that only one chicken dum biryani is there.so please kindly deliver1 chicken biryani now.i called in that restaurant they told to complaint

I have ordered food with order number [protected] but the food has not been delivered. When I contacted the delivery man, he says he has delivered it to a child where as there are no children at my home. The customer care is also uncooperative. They only only have a chat option to raise complains which is very inefficient. Please resolve the issue.
