Swiggy — regarding sasnath varma from senior specialist team | |||
Swiggy is using fraud and deception on gullible customers and I want to expose the unethical and unscrupulous practises being carried out by this company. When someone makes a new account or signs up for the first time they are awarded with 5 coupons that they can use for their next five orders where they would get 50% off. This is the advertised scheme. But the reality is completely different. Once you sign up these five coupons automatically disappear and you would not even see them anywhere in your app or in the list of other coupons. And magically enough there you would see a new coupon, something like "ENJOY60" which promises to give you some discount but it is for one time use only and for new customers. But what you don't know is that the moment you use it (which actually acts like a bait) you lose your right over the other five coupons that you are entitled to and which you got from Swiggy after signing up for their service. Interestingly there are no terms and conditions as such but all this misdirection and fraud is happening in the open for everyone to see. When I pointed this out to the customer support team then as expected they played outright dumb and kept on repeating the annoying system responses in the hope that they'll just force me to stop questioning them on the fraud and cheating they are committing on a daily basis. After wasting hours I requested to escalate my issue to someone higher in command and after ten minutes or so it was connected to the Senior Specialist team of Swiggy. I was connected to Sasnath Varma and little did I realize that I was talking to some deranged sociopath because the way he was repeating same things over and over and constantly harassing me in the company's own chat service is totally took a toll on me. He evaded all my questions relating to the aforementioned policy and spoke in a condescending and intimidating tone and I felt like I was being threatened. I have suspicion that he has some criminal records and that Swiggy is employing uneducated people who have questionable records into their service to save on company's expenditures. It appeared that he was really enjoying my frustration and was annoying me on purpose for some unknown motive. His responses were rude and jeering. I cannot think of a more excruciating experience than this one. I am going to take action against this criminal Sasnath Varma myself if Swiggy doesn't do it on its own accord and volition. Hello .we ordered some hotel. They didn't give quality items. For example : if dosa ordered means it was over cooked and also it was not cooked properly
