Swiggy — Regarding undelivered order instead of prepayment done.

The order mentioned above was not delivered to me by the delivery company.The delivery person VIJAY SAINI took all the OTPs and did not deliver the order.
I want my refund as well as compensation for the inconvenience this company has caused.
