Swiggy — Rs 793 cheated by Swiggy by sending order, ORDER # [protected]

I placed an order on 23 September 2023, ORDER # [protected]. I received the wrong order. Instead of the items I ordered, which were worth Rs. 793, I received some milk packets and curd sachets. I realized the mistake when the delivery person handed it to me because the items were different and fewer than expected. I informed him about the mix-up, but he advised me to contact customer care. Unfortunately, they didn't provide any solution. I would like to escalate this issue because Swiggy should easily be able to identify the misplaced order, as they sent the wrong items instead of what I had originally ordered. I am seeking a quick resolution as I feel cheated out of approximately Rs. 793.
