Swiggy — Sending wrong item which has not been ordered

wrong item was sent to me and when i raise this complain they asked to send a mail and was told it would be resolved in 24 hours.
After i wrote a mail they are replying me stating they can't refund my money.
i don't want to lose my harden money, i want swiggy to refund my money .
