[Resolved] Swiggy — Shady business practice | |
Order #[protected] The order was automatically cancelled by Swiggy after it was delayed. But the delivery person came after a long delay and delivered food and we paid him. He assured that he will notify Swiggy and pay accordingly. But when we tried to order again last week Swiggy is indicating that we never paid and they will not allow us to order again without paying the amount we paid the delivery person. I wanted to add this complaint to not get money from Swiggy. But the shady business they are conducting using crooked drivers. They should be help accountable for their actions.
