Swiggy — stale food and bad delivery person

What happened :
I ordered kulcha and chole from lunch box for lunch. The food was cold and stale. There was no kulcha there was only bread.
The delivery person couldnt use the map to reach whereas my office is easily locatable. I had to leave a meeting and go all the way to the main road.

I know what swiggy will do now they will say we will inform the resturant. But trust me its of no use. The customers money is wasted every time. Imagine paying 123 inr for spoiled food
