Swiggy — stale food delivered on 08/05/2019 | |||
Hi there! Myself arghya k. Majumder from kolkata. Please be informed that on 08/05/2019, i had ordered 2 packets of chicken biriyani from sagar biriyani centre via swiggy having the order number [protected], both the biriyanis were stale & smell. It could well be understood it was not fresh. I then called up the swiggy customer care at [protected] for registering a complaint & subsequent resolution to the same but my line wasn't getting connected. Post this i tried contacting them via chat support in where they tried resolving the problem by giving me a discount coupon of rs. 50 instead of refunding me the entire amount of rs. 152 for the entire order. They kept saying "this is all that we can do". This is a serious case of negligence & harassment by them. Both my money & food is gone. Requesting you to look into the matter & help me get back my rs. 152 in totality. Ne. Cessary screenshots have been attached for your reference. Thanks in advance. Arghya k.
