I ordered frozen fish from Swiggy instamart, and received a smelly and rotten fish on 19th Aug with a manufacturing date of 17th Aug.
I reached out to swiggy support and was also ready to return the original product to them for a refund, but they said they can only arrange a replacement. How can I trust them for a fresh meat delivery, when the same thing has happened with me on multiple occasions. At last I was forced to accept a replacement order for a stale fish received.
