[Resolved] Swiggy — swiggy cancelled my order on its own and charged me for it | |||
I have placed order on om sweets using swiggy android application on 26 aug 2019. After placing order i saw update on swiggy application that my order is out for delivery. After some time swiggy automatically cancelled my order and swiggy charged me rs. 200 for this. I chatted with their customer care executive and they are not ready to accept their mistake. Here issue is swiggy has made mistake and instead of accepting their mistake they are charging customer by falsely putting it on them. Was this information helpful? | |||
