Pls note that regarding above order no. I have been following up with Swiggy since last two days, but nothing has happened, and I feel harassed.
I had booked for a parcel on 12th Aug, which the delivery partner picked, however, he never delivered to my place. I had ordered the same for kids coming at home, and the whole mood and spirit was spoiled due to non-delivery. I want a compensation, which Rs 1000 has been promised to me against my actual cost of Rs 1250/- However, I have not received it yet.
When I ask ur customer care people to call me, so that I can explain the whole story, they are ready to chat only. I am enclosing various screenshots taken by me so as to establish the fact. Now this is SIXTH time I am narrating the whole episode, ever since 12th of August, but nothing has changed or done. Can I expect an immediate action on it??????
