Swiggy — Swiggy not delivering order and making wait more than 1 hour

Order was placed at 11.20PM, restaurant accepted the order and swiggy person delivered to wrong person, Then Swiggy customer care called me and reordered at the same, At 12.02PM, At 12.50 PM i got the message that order was cancelled and was told restaurant was closed.
