Dear team We want to. Lodge a complaint for notswiggy not refunding the amount paid for a order delivered unpacked exposed food parcel after nearly 3 hours delay after placing the order [protected]. The swiggy delivery person said that he can't take it back and i need to inform the customer care which i have done immediately and now they are just delaying that we have escalated the matter and you will get a call and by talking to the customer care they don't want to refund, so since the issue is not solved am filing a online complaint on swiggy food delivery app. Was this information helpful? | |
