[Resolved] Swiggy — swiggy refund not yet credited | |||
I have placed order on 5th september 2019. Restaurants can't able to deliver this in 1 hours. So, i cancelled that order. Rs. 444 amount is debited from my bank account. I have done payment using my debit card. After cancelling order, i received message from swiggy that my refund is initiated and i will get it within 5-7 days, as well as transaction number is there in message. I have connected customer support and they told me my payment method is "net banking". As well as she told me my order status is failed. If order status is failed then how can amount was debited from my account. She is lier. She always repeat please wait 5-7 days...
