Swiggy — swiggy refund related complaint

Hi team,

On 24th may 2019, i placed an order, my money was debited and the order also says order received and purchase complaint but my order was no placed in the application. I had to place the order again. Since the order was not placed, the swiggy customer services isn't registering my complain though i have submitted the transaction details where everything is mentioned clearly.
They aren't taking any actions.

Yesterday i ordered muttor mushroom full portion but they deliver muttor paneer and portion is also less. Food quality is very bad. And there is a piece of plastic inside the gravy

Hi i was order 8 may 2019 in 9 chicken roll but order so delay i was cancel the order but till date not received my payment my order no. Is [protected]. So many tyms i was complaint ur help line and with chating he is ignoring me pls provide my payment
