My order no is [protected] and I placed an order on 17th march in the morning.
Swiggy sent me methi instead of palak(spinach)...I ordered 2 spinach so they need to refund me 37+20 = Rs 57
I have to throw away this methi which is the wrong product Swiggy sent me as im allergic to it and this is not what i ordered.I dont want it...
I repeatedly wasted lot of time chatting and emailing them and they just replied with 1 sentence -
"we were unable to validate your claim, therefore, we cannot compensate you in this instance."
I also asked them what do you need to validate the claim but they kept sending the above line again and again. The customer service now is just getting horrible by the day.
I already provided them with all the pictures on mail of methi with their swiggy sticker also and still they say they cannot validate.
I have never faced such horrible experience with Swiggy earlier and now they are just looting or fooling their loyal customers.
It is the customer's right to demand a full refund when the brand is sending wrong items but I have had such a horrible experience this time with Swiggy that I deleted the app and I am never interested in using Instamart again as now and then they make mistakes and I have to go through this tedious process to get my right of refund...They loot the customers.
The amount is small but I will not tolerate this kind of behaviour when they fool the customer.This just goes to show that if tomorrow I order an item for 500 rs and they send me the wrong item then they will tell me sorry they cannot validate the issue and hence cannot do anything. So How can I trust a brand like Swiggy anymore with this attitude? This is not correct and I cannot stand brands when they fool their loyal customers specially never expected this behaviour from Swiggy.
I have deleted the app but I want my refund as this is the consumer right after the brand has sent me wrong items Was this information helpful? |
