Swiggy — Swiggy took my INR 1032 and NOT ready to pay back my money. Not providing any reason also!!

I ordered lunch from Swiggy on 26 Feb 2023, First time the order was not successful in swiggy app though Swiggy took my money INR 1032/-. It was a successful GPay transaction.
When I tried second time, the order was placed successfully; once again, I had to pay INR 1032/- assuming I will get back my first transaction.

Now, Swiggy is not ready to pay back my money for my first transaction INR 1032/- and they are not providing any reason also, but simply saying that they will improve in future and cannot provide my money back.
