Swiggy — the amount they charge for cancelling the order...

I am on a rush and have ordered a food and was expecting it to deliver by 30 minutes of time. Due to some timing conflicts in the restaurant, at first the customer portal have called me and informed me to wait for an extra 15 minutes.. As i am able to bear that time i said okay... Later after minutes the executive who is in the hotel called me and said it will take around 45 min more to make it! These are all fine and there is nothing to complaining up to this point. I have decided to cancel the order of worth rs.123. As the cancel charges, they have charged rs.73 which is more than half of my order rate. Why do i need to pay more than 50% of the rate which is literally not my mistake? In the predefined message they are saying that the restaurant has already started to prepare your order and so that we need to pay them compensation... But what for i need to pay for them who is not even proper in mentioning their available from time... Is that the mistake from my side...? Do i need to be safer by choosing cash on delivery? I am very much upset with the cancellation charges you put up on your customers who are not even guilty.
