Swiggy — the swiggy executive has delayed the order and after that calling back an abused and threatened me to hit me at my home

I am having a complaint for the executive for order#[protected], the swiggy executive named gaurav, contact no. [protected], first of all he delayed the order by 1.5 hours, wen i have called him from alternate no. He said i called you many times you have not picked up, however i have not received only one call which is from customer care only... After that the executive called me back on the same no and started using abusive language and threatened me that "i will come to your home" and used bad language to me..
